Hi everyone!

I’m considering buying a unit at 141 Bowden Street and was wondering if anyone here has lived in the building or has any insights they could share.

In particular, I’d love to know if there are any major defects, ongoing issues, strata problems, or other things I should be aware of before making a decision.

I also noticed that the building has NBN FTTB. I’ve only had experience with FTTP, so I’m wondering how the internet performance is in practice. Is it generally fast and reliable, or have people experienced any issues?
