I have anxiety coz I ate one slice of pizza, I am not totally dairy free for the past years coz my symptoms are not that bad, but recently at 34 yrs old, my symptoms gotten worse. I have bad anxiety and stomach pain and having a hard time passing stool. But cheese is so addicting! How do you manage once u ate something and u feel remorse after eating it??
