14week pregnancy loss

I recently had a 14week pregnancy loss an consequent d&c. I am hetero FVL. I took aspirin while ttc, but stopped once we go the positive test because my OB said I didn't need it and would just take lovenox after delivery.

Clearly now I am feeling like I should have advocated more. I have a father and brother with a history of PEs and now I have had a later loss. Does it sound reasonable to ask for lovenox for next pregnancy? Anyone had success on it after a miscarriage?

Really low fetal fraction and growth delays

Had low risk results, but only 1.4% fetal fraction after blood at 11w3d. Really worried about maternal triploidy, is that a valid concern?

Ultrasounds have also fallen behind from 2 days behind, 6 days behind, and most recently 12 days behind.

Last scan was 13w2day measuring 11w4 based on CRL. Got referred to MFM.

Entire time HR has been great, movement has been great. Sac was behind on first and second scan, but caught up at the third scan.

No other real findings. Tech mentioned placenta looked normal on last ultrasound.

I do have Lieden Factor 5 (FVL) and wonder if that is contributing to growth delays.

Trying to get some ideas before our MFM scan on what could be causing the growth trends.
