Zoom Recording to Zoho WorkDrive Integration
A while ago I started using Zoom for online meetings (replacing Zoho Meeting for obvious reasons). Shortly after, Zoom cloud storage became very hard to manage. Downloading recordings manually and uploading them to client WorkDrive folders was a weekly nightmare.
We built an integration that automatically streams recordings and call transcripts to WorkDrive. This was easy on paper, but once we started real-life testing we found many limitations. I wrote this article to explain the architecture that works exactly as needed.
