As the tittle says I almost always concede in corners

I have maldini guilt puyol Theo and cafu

And non matter what I always end up conceding

And in top of that I never score

Is there something I can do to avoid that

Does the ice breaker question and post interview questions that the candidate asks affect the marks we get for the behaviour

Would love to hear from people who've sat in the panel or highly experienced personnel

If yes, how would a successful candidate go about doing both these things

I have an interview coming up next week, 30th

I have given many interviews in civil service (~12) and gotten 2 waitlist and 1 PO (SEO)

I have another interview and want to ace it, this interview is HEO but location is better for me

I know the success profiles and star structure and everything, i used to get 3-4-5-6 before in roles that werent that relevant to me, but previous 2 interviews i got a 2 and even a 1 in roles which were very relevant to me

I already have strong stories and I try to tailor them to the situation but the core of STAR remains the same

What should i consider doing now to get this role

Also i have to ask, how to deal with or prep for strength questions? in my previous interviews where i scored amazing in behaviours, i either scored okay-ish or very poor in behaviours, leading to me not getting those roles
