Would you live in a community similar to Carver’s from Telltale’s TWD?

Would you live in a community similar to Carver’s from Telltale’s TWD?

Carver is similar to Negan from TWD show. He is an ultra authoritarian leader who enforces strict rules in his community. He will physically punish you and might even kill you for breaking rules.

However, he is not inherently sadistic (or so I believe). He will not attack you or anything just because, only if you mess up at your job or do something to harm others.

Basically, would you live in a safe, defended, and stocked community but with a super authoritarian leader

Honesty or deception

You are in a zombie apocalypse where the zombies are extremely hard to kill and are currently in a location where you are impossible to isolate. The zombie infection is extremely deadly will kill you in your sleep.

You are part of a small group. Unfortunately, you were bit, but you have no idea whether a zombie bite truly spreads the infection or if it even speeds it up.

Would you be honest to your group, risking being kicked out and being wrong about the bite killing you, or would you rather hide the fact that your bitten and risk the survival of your group

Would moving north in a ZA truly worth?

Zombie media popularly depicts going north where temperatures are colder as a good idea.

The north has many advantages like:
* The chance that zombies are truly slowed down with the cold
* More fresh water
* the chance for more skilled survivors
* less pests

However, in my opinion zombie shows never truly depict how life in a northern environment would be. You have to consider:
* How to get north. Depending where you live going north could either be easy or outright impossible.
* Some people just aren’t built to handle the cold. Going north seems like a good idea until you realize you’re constantly suffering and shivering
* food scarcity could be a problem too. If you’re going north you likely want to live in the wilderness, and depending how skilled you are this could either work or be a death sentence. Also, I saw another post that mentioned how more people would be forced to hunt, which could in turn cause food scarcity.
* A higher chance of more skilled survivors could also be a con. Higher skilled survivors could be dangerous, especially if the area you’re in is already being affected by other geographical problems like resource scarcity.

What’s your guys take on this? Living north is really dependent on your skills, but overall it seems like a bad idea.

Would you rather deal with zombies with great hearing or extremely vision?

Vision and hearing are arguably the most important human senses but also the senses which make it the easiest to detect something.

Would you guys rather deal with zombies with good hearing, or excellent vision? I’m sure the answer depends on location, but location aside assume that these are walking dead-like zombies.

When is it time to get away from your current location?

Not exactly a zombie question but a question useful when there’s zombies.

What could be the unluckiest thing to happen during a ZA?

In a zombie apocalypse many unlucky things can happen, like you breaking your leg or getting sick. But you can take precautions to avoid these things.

What is something truly unlucky that could happen in a zombie apocalypse?

For me, it would be breaking into a house for supplies just for a home security system to blast an alarm an attract every near zombie to your position

WWYD if you woke up and it was the zombie apocalypse

Let’s say we all went to sleep and when we woke up and everyone was already dead. Realistically, what could you even do?

If you live in a city then there’s obviously the threat of massive amount of zombies. In the suburbs there’d still be a good amount of zombies and depending on the prior events there could be barriers blocking roads, limiting where you can go.

I think if you’re not awake or ready during the start of a zombie apocalypse you’re just cooked. Any ways you guys could try and survive this?
