Trays complete! Day 1 vs Day 246; 8 months total, 17 liners (2 weeks/change)
Invisalign journey of initial trays complete! Very satisfied with the results over 8 months; 17 trays (every 2 weeks); no refinements, now just waiting on retainers.
It was not an easy process and I was pretty diligent about keeping trays in for 20 hrs a day. I used the Invisalign app to help track my time in and out of my teeth for first 4 months, then it got too cumbersome.
Pros: straight teeth! it only works if you stay on top of daily/hours per day.
Cons: bringing a travel kit/bag everywhere, not being to slowly drink and enjoy coffee, can’t wait to do that again once I wear retainers only at night. Brushed and flossed after almost every meal, even at work office.
I used cleaning tablets daily and a bought a $40 Ultrasonic cleaner on Amazon that worked wonders.
