Code review is now done on requirements and design of tasks. But I feel there are many things we can only test during implementation. They just don't want to do that. Everything should be final during the design phase itself and let kiro take that design and implement. The real code should be so perfect it should be merged in half a day after the design doc is approved. What kind of expectations are these.
