Hi,

I'm in the GTA and my soil is compacted and clayish causing poor drainage. Also leading to a lot of lawn moss.

I've read that adding compost helps break down the clay and compacted soil. Problem is where do I find compost to buy? Do I just use the composted cow manure from home Depot? I've tried adding acti-sol hen manure but not sure if it's the same.

I've read in the US forums milorganite is the way to go but we can't get that here. What compost or alternative does every use?
