as lead I try to be as helpful as i can to my crew.I try to get all equipment they could possibly ever need.I usually buy lunch,dinner one a month.I buy them coffee frequent.I also will not ask them to do something i wouldnt do so i work with them as much as i can.

well yesterday was one for the books.

had one of my crew member accidently drop a auto scrubber off loading dock.He just drained all the dirty water solution in slop sink.He took it to back loading docknto detail it add water to batteries etc. He backed it to edge of the dock and put hose down to drain it because he was going to scrub and wash out all the grime out of recovery tank.well he forgot to turn off and accidently hit the back up controls and it fell backward off dock.I am 99% it totallled
