Research or Lab Tech Jobs

Hi,

I graduated a while back from a bachelor of science undergrad and I had been doing min wage jobs, but I have become a bit tired as medicine is taking a few extra years than I anticipated. I heard a lot of people are getting research jobs right after undergrad without having to do masters, so I was wondering how people are landing these types of jobs and what I can do to get them.

Thanks

Research Assistant Positions

So I have been on LinkedIn and see a lot of research assistant/research tech positions go up on UBC workday. The thing is I do meet the qualifications for all these jobs and end up applying, but I just want to know is it a waste of time since I am not hearing back from any of these positions. For context I graduated from UBC from a Bachelor of Science a couple of years back and looking to find a research assistant or lab tech position.

Application Review

Congrats to everyone who got in. I'm thinking about the upcoming cycle and wondering if anybody would be able to look over my omsas abs. I was also wondering when the cycle usually starts. Thank you!
