Client wants me to train/manage the editor replacing my work while cutting my retainer by 27%. Thoughts?

Client currently pays my business $5.5k/month for \\\~100 paid ads. They’ve hired their own $2.8k/month overseas editor and want to reduce me to $3.5k for 32 higher-quality ads + $500 to train/manage their new editor and help scale him from 75 to eventually 150 ads/week.
I’m concerned I’m taking a $1.5k pay cut while being paid $500 to transfer my knowledge/processes to someone who could eventually replace much of what I do. On the flip side, it could move me upstream into more creative direction while removing a lot of low-value execution. For context I have an existing internal editing team.
Would you take this structure? And what would you charge for managing/training their editor?

Self Employed to Limited Company - How did you find the change?

I am in my third year of trading as self employed in the marketing industry and my YOY turnover has risen from £100k last year to £300k this year. It’s just me and one contractor at the moment (soon to be a second) and my accountant is now advising that I go Ltd to make use of tax savings/get a company car etc. I’ve also just bought my first home. For all of you who have gone from self employment to Limited how did you find the process? And guidance, tips or things to be aware of? Thank you!
