What’s your go to soft wash setup that isn't a full truck/skid system?

As the title says outside of a fancy/expensive truck mounted system what do you use ? X-jet, battery sprayer, pump up sprayer etc. I use a pump up sprayer and find it’s great for control but it’s very slow and doesn’t put out a lot of product which results in it drying up fast.

Has anyone ever had issues with the noise there machine makes ?

A recent client was a bit worried about how loud the machine ran and asked if it could turned down.

For context:
I’m running a Honda GX390 it was mid week and mid day. Machine was running at full throttle and positioned in their backyard on grass. Not much more you can do about noise I don’t think but interested if anyone’s ever had a similar issue or even had a solution or a warning to clients about noise.

Two options, one choice. Which would you buy?

Looking at my first setup for mainly residential. Which would you choose?

Option A – BAR ($3,199 AUD)
Honda GX390
4,000 PSI
15 L/min
Italian Comet pump
Stainless steel frame
2-wheel trolley
Include 15m hose reel

Option B – Typhoon ($3,649 AUD)
Honda GX390
4,500 PSI (6,400 PSI EWP advertised)
16.1 L/min
Italian Bertolini pump
Full roll-cage frame
4-wheel cart
Includes 30m hose reel

I’m more interested in reliability, ease of use, and long-term value than chasing the highest PSI. Is a cart better than a trolley ? Is a stainless steel frame worth it ?

(Budget is flexible if there is something better which I’ve missed)

Overkill for a beginner?

Looking to start a small pressure washing business here in Australia and would appreciate some advice. I’m mainly planning to do residential driveways to begin with and move onto more complex stuff as I learn.

The machine I’m considering is roughly:

Honda GX390 (13 HP)
~4,200 PSI
~15 LPM
Italian triplex pump
15 m hose
Considering pairing with a 20–21” surface cleaner

Priced about 3.5-4K

Would you buy a setup like this from day one, or start with something smaller and upgrade later? I’m trying to avoid buying twice, but I also don’t want to spend more than I need to. Thanks!
