What DF food is giving you a lot of joy these days?

- There’s a restaurant in NYC called the Salty Lunch Lady and I’ve been making a version of their Dill Party sandwich (turkey, pickles, avocado, dill mayo, and Daiya Jalapeno Havarti)
- Sweet Loren’s chocolate chip cookies
- Ben & Jerry’s DF oatmeal cream pie (I’m breastfeeding and have such an insatiable sweet tooth)
- Cocojune yogurt

Trouble with Refill Target

I have a Career Expenses Target that I’m having trouble with and idk the most effective way to set it up.

Between my husband and I, we have professional license renewal or association fees every 2-3 years, each about $400. Each renews on a different timeline, but I want to have a sinking fund so that when these expenses come up that we already have the money.

Where I’m getting stuck is that the next renewal is due Nov 2028, so I have time to put away money. But whenever I put in the target to save $400 by that date, it says that I already spent it (on a renewal from Mar 2026). Am I better off manually figuring out what the monthly save would be and just making that the target? Is the only way to solve this to put each renewal as its own category/target? Or is there a way to make this work? This is a situation where the expense comes up infrequently enough that I prefer the reporting of “Career Expenses” rather than individual categories.
