Having trouble finding 1 single domain for a PBN

Hello guys.

For some context, I live in Spain (EU country) in a city with more or less 50k inhabitants. Top 1 businesses have got 15 DA on average, and contaminated backlinks.

2 days ago I ran into GSG podcast, since then, I have been doing my reaserch on Expireddomains for domains previously used in my country with 10 TF on Majestic or more.

As I am kinda young AND on a budget, I used my free Moz trial and the Majestic one to check the domains I had found, but all of them have lost all their DP OR they were heavlily spammed (BTW only domains I found were from EX newspapers from cities 300 miles away but as I have heard AND noted from GSGP it dont matter as long as I play it smoothly).

ANYWAY I (kinda) have lost the hope on finding (not 50 domains as yall talk about here) a SINGLE domain I can get for my PBN. I believe Id just need 2 or 3 to get to work on my city.

Question is: taking into account that I JUST looked for expired domains I can get for the normal rates, is there ANY chance I manage to find a good one (taking into account my location)?

Should I invest in one of these paid tools for a month to do my reaserch?

ATP I just feel I should start my own newspaper or blog and growth hack my ass into 30 DA LOL

I had a 3rd question but I forgot it LOL any suggestions are HIGHLY appreciated.

Not the question I had in mind but how likely is that Expireddomains shows 5DP and the domain has got IDK 20? Maybe I should just manually check every one (I did end up with a list of 100 domains with 10+ TF)

Thanks for reading and thanks to GSG for his content!

How does the way I publish and update my site affect SEO?

I am going to build a new WP site on a new domain with Guttemberg blocks (HTML/CSS/JSVanilla).

Got a prototype on how it looks with Lovable and will be building it but I expect lots of changes on the code itself as I most likely twist some of the sections in a near future as it is a new project entirely.

My question is, should I post the page whenever its done? Should I post every block 1 by 1 as I build them?

Im affraid changes every few days might hurt crawl or indexing?
What is the SEO approach to this?

Thanks

Are landing pages with no distractions compatible for local businesses SEO?

My friend is working on making landing pages for local businesses for specific services.

Basically, he makes ads for these local businesses (Ex: dentist - Service: Orthodontic) promoting just 1 service, and the ad is linked to a landing page just made for this one service so visitors dont get lost within the page.

Would these types of pages hurt rankings if not within the main business site?

I told him that users dont bounce because they get lost in the main site but because the site is not good enough/they had to be somewhere else/remembered something they had to do/etc.

From my perspective, being redirected through an ad to a landing page for a service would be kinda sus, chances of making me bounce would be higher than if I got "lost" within a LB site.

Thoughts?

Yesterday I finished reading Alex Hormozi's 100M Offers book (which by the way I highly recommend) and I decided to restructure my websites services page.

The book talks about identifying your customers dream and breaking down every single obstacle on the road so you can elaborate a solution for each obstacle.

After this, you make packages for each main issue and attribute them a value.

Finally, you make "the final pack" or the "Grand Slam Offer" including every single pack, sold all together for a incredible price making it a impossible offer to turn down.

Well, that is what I have spent the last 24 hours doing and I got my GSO ready, but Im not sure how should I include this in my services page.

I have got a document with every single problem and solution listed. Each problem and solution is divided in sub-problems and sub-solutions or however you want to call it. Some of these solutions are expected by the client, and some others are not as my clients are not technical, but Id like to include them anyway (with a coloquial explaination) just so perceived value is higher.

I made a list just with the names or terms for each solution and their value (with no text/explaination). I have got 3 packs with about 20 solutions each.

Here comes my question: how should I integrate this into my services page? I was thinking about just 1 page with the 3 services and a introduction for each (as my site is new and I wouldnt like to have to make 3 URLs) so I can then add the GSO at the end.

Moreover, I wanted to make each list as if it was a Q&A, so each solution is like a drop down you can click and read the info on it. But I remember reading that Q&A had some type of impact on SEO?

To sum up, would It be okay to have 1 services page with a intro + table (with individual dropdowns for reach solution) for each service and then the GSO?
