SBA loans

I just started a business LLC . Mostly on investments for equity on businesses . The problem that I’m having is that you need to have the business account for 2 years in order to get a SBA loan through the bank . Although right now or in 6 months I’m in need of 150k
The 150k investment brings me back 68% in ROI . I have some collateral I can put up and my credit score is good .
I make pretty good at my civilian job 6 figures and I get another raise here pretty soon so if business plans do collapse which I highly doubt I will be able to afford the payment . I wanted the loan to also establish business credit but I dont necessarily know what route to take
