S5 E 19 Trip - Made me itchy
I really enjoy this show. I live in SE PA and do a lot of work in public schools. The set designers knocked it out of the park, Ms. S nails the accent. But this episode had me on edge. >!#1 I didn't like the Janine/Gregory conflict; just felt weird. But what really got me was the source of the conflict. You can't fly to the Outer Banks and there are very few hotels. We went there almost yearly from 1980-1996. The nearest airport is Raleigh; about 90 miles away. So going to PHL, flying in, renting a car, and driving is probably almost as long of a day as just driving. We drove down there about 2 years ago, and it's not bad...it's how you get there. And you pretty much have to rent a house. It's not Miami or something will luxury beach resorts. So it's like...OK, have the fight, but the facts about the fight were nails on a chalk board.!<
