I am a new grad nurse and I just graduated from Miami Dade college in December and I just got licensed on March 16 I’ve been applying to HCA hospitals so I can get my feet wet , however, I’ve been having issues , does anyone know any tips or tricks so I can at least land an interview? I’ve tried Aventura, plantation numerous times.

I also try to get into contact with the recruiters personally but to no avail
