Seeking advice for 2nd deg burn treatment abroad

Hello, I received a 2nd degree burn from a motorcycle engine on Friday while on vacation in Vietnam (Hue, specifically). I’m not scheduled to return to US until August 30 but I’m anxious about the quality of care I’m getting here.

I was burned Friday afternoon. Urgent care was closed for lunch so I went to a pharmacy to get saline solution + silver cream. Should’ve gone to ER but I kept telling myself it wasn’t that bad. My wound wasn’t properly dressed until Sunday morning; the doctors are doing a cold plasma treatment, in addition to cleaning + dressing it. I’m also on antibiotics (cefprozil), which I was told is mandatory, and painkillers.

I’m worried because I’m used to American standards of care (clear explanations of what they’re prescribing me; healing timelines; consistent care team). I feel pretty left in the dark here although I trust they know what they’re doing, as burns are quite common here. I haven’t been given any advice on what to expect, what to do/avoid, how to heal faster, etc. Basically looking for advice and moral support.

Thanks y’all. Will post pictures in the comments because I dislike gore :(
