Hi! I am planning to make a cooked salsa recipe. After it is cooked, do I need to water bath can or pressure can it right away? Is it ok to let it sit out over night before canning if I don’t have time that same day or will that ruin it? This might be a dumb question, but I am new to canning. I just ordered a Nesco Pressure Canner! Thanks in advance for any guidance!
