If I know I’m getting named in a lawsuit but haven’t officially been served, do I need to tell someone if I hold a clearance or wait until I’m officially served (if it happens, been waiting for 2 months, and kinda thinking it not going to happen).
For what it’s worth, if it happens, there’s a near guarantee that I’ll have qualified immunity and be removed from the lawsuit.

Is there any truth to the rumor that search and rescue is getting their own badge? I saw a Search and Rescue badge on Facebook.
