Hello all,

29M recently diagnosed with (mostly) in-attentive ADHD. I've read some posts online, but would like to hear more of people's experiences with Vyvanse? Do you take breaks from it? Do you struggle without them?

I've generally had decent motivation throughout life, but I don't want to grow dependance and my non-medicated days to feel worse now that I have that comparison to hold it against

Any help would be great!
