I am 18 years old and I am from Romania, and I want to move to Japan but I don't know what to do, get a job or enroll in a university.

I graduated from a vocational school with a specializing on CNC operator but I don't have much experience and I don't know what good colleges would be that have a similar profile.

Can u guys give me some advise or ideas?
