Hi everyone! After discussion, we’ve added a new rule to the subreddit regarding children and other minors:

Leave children out of it.
Children and other minors should not be discussed, identified, or brought into community disputes. Do not share their names, photos, personal information, or details about their families or circumstances, even when discussing a parent, pinfluencer, seller, or other public figure.

We’re adding this rule because we want to keep minors out of community drama and protect their privacy. Whatever the situation may be between adults, children should not become part of the discussion.

Is the group being run by bigots? They have a member that is openly transphobic and has said racist things in the past. Most recently they called another member who is autistic the r word multiple times. When someone made a post calling it out, the mods deleted it and wrote a post chalking it up to political discourse. Well the member says they’re not part of a political group and has disparaged both parties, so what political differences are they referring to? Or do they just want to capitalize off of the existing tension in this country and use an empty blanket term so they can continue protecting this member? They’re obviously all friends as the member is extremely confident they won’t face any sort of repercussions and continues to attack and provoke other members. It’s vile that they’re standing behind this person and continuing to give them a platform. And let’s be clear, this isn’t some last stand behind free speech. They absolutely do block members. They blocked the Pooh D guy, for example. While he is controversial, he has never said anything close to the absolutely disgusting things this member spews. His biggest flaw is being annoying. No, they are protecting this member, their friend.
