FAE Core and Audit summer 26
Hey everyone,
I'm currently preparing for the FAE Core and FAE Audit exams and wanted to get some realistic advice from those who have already passed.
Obviously, doing the sample papers and mocks is great for understanding the exam structure and time management, but I want to know: how important are they beyond just learning the pattern?
Specifically, in your experience:
* Is there any actual chance of similar questions/scenarios from the mock or sample papers showing up on the real day?
* Do the examiners tend to reuse or heavily adapt indicators from the CAP2 or FAE mocks, or are the actual exam cases usually completely fresh/unpredictable?
Any advice on how to best utilize these papers in the final weeks would be massively appreciated. Thanks in advance!
