2nd Update on Reco

I received my payout from the first redemption that was highlighted in my previous post. However, I submitted two more redemption requests, and support told me:

"We'll accept this info for now. We may require much more documented information for any future transactions. We will process your outstanding rewards but will keep the payout hold status on your account."

It has now been a week since I submitted those redemption requests, and I still haven't received any updates on the situation. My friends who have been using the site alongside me have already received their payouts and haven't experienced any issues with verification or redemptions.

I've been in contact with support and have very detailed information and evidence that could help clear up any misunderstandings. However, despite my willingness to cooperate and provide whatever is needed, I still haven't been given a timeline for my payouts or any meaningful updates.

I'm hoping this post gains some traction so that Reco can respond to my emails and provide an update soon. Overall, I think Reco has a solid site and system, but it seems like their support team is constantly overwhelmed, which makes resolving issues like this unnecessarily frustrating.

New update on Reco

New post. Last post was about having trouble with KYC verification which didn't allow me to request a payment.

I finally was able to verify my account after going back and forth with support. However, they said my account is under review and that I need to provide proof of playing through what I had purchased. I initially thought this would be easy to prove, but I soon realized that some of the games have no game history, which means there is no way to provide the evidence they are requesting. They specifically asked for gameplay history for a game or for the site as a whole, neither of which is available, according to customer support.

I told them that in order to withdraw SC, you would need to play through everything at least once first, so I showed them screenshots of the redemption screen. However, they claimed this was not enough to show that I actually played the games. With no other way to prove that I played through the SC, they told me to purchase a NEW package around the same amount I had initially deposited and record a screen recording from start to finish to prove that I was playing through what I deposited. I asked them to clarify how much they would like me to purchase, and they told me they "wouldn't be able to disclose that."

Even with such unclear instructions, I still bought around the same amount I had initially spent, recorded everything from payment all the way through redemption, and sent it in.

It has now been 7 business days since I put in my redemption on Reco, and I am still waiting. I emailed them once to ask for an update, and they told me there is no time frame for this review, so I would have to keep waiting. At this point, I have over 40 emails going back and forth with them and have complied with everything they have asked for.

I am hoping for this to be resolved as soon as possible, as I do like the site, but there have just been so many bumps along the road.

UPDATE: 10 minutes after posting this they cleared the payout! Very happy for the quick response. Hoping this is the last time i run into any issues with reco.

Reco Social New User

I recently downloaded the app after my friend told me about a way to make money while playing games. Everything was very straightforward. However, once it got to the withdraw stage, I started encountering issues.

Reco uses tremendous to cashout. Tremendous uses another 3rd party kyc verification system. Each time I verify my identity with id and selfie, it would always tell me "payment processing error". After multiple attempts, I was put on a cool down because I have tried too many times. I contacted their support and they told me it was a problem with my identity verification, but I have never had this problem with any other verification system.

I have a good amount of money waiting to be withdrawn, so you can probably imagine how this can be extremely frustrating. Waiting for a response back from customer service currently. I saw they also respond to reddit posts so hopefully I can get a resolution.

Other than this withdrawal issue, my experience with the app has actually been great. I’m hoping this can be resolved quickly so I can receive my payout and continue using Reco.
