Hi, I recently got an Access Indigo 2 and I’m having trouble getting it to start properly.

As you can see in the video, it goes through the startup sequence but then gets stuck on “INITIALIZE GLOBAL MEMORY.”

I have already replaced the internal battery, but the problem is still happening.

Does anyone know what could be causing this or what I should try next?
