First time home buyers in the Sydney/Glace Bay Area. We are pre approved and have been working with a realtor.
There has been lack of communication and lack of response when I reach out to the realtor. We haven’t seen any showings, there has been a huge lack of communication on updates or available listings. I have communicated our drive to buy and get settled in a home ASAP as we are expecting a baby. Our current realtor does not seem to have the same motivation behind them as we do.
Does anyone have a recommendation for a realtor that shows strong communication, a desire to show listings and works well with first time home buyers?
