I had an abdominal ultrasound last Wednesday for something unrelated. They discovered two masses in my right kidney. One is 1.3cm and the other is 2.4cm. I don’t have the radiologist report. It was sent directly to my doctor and has not been uploaded to MyChart yet. My primary care doctor consulted with a urologist and has ordered a renal CT scan with and without contrast. I have that scheduled for early morning 10/27 and then will see the urologist after on that same day. I wasn’t expecting this so I’m not sure what to think or how worried I should be. I’ve used AI, etc. But I’m glad a friend mentioned Reddit to me and that I found this group. And thoughts or insight are welcome.
