Anyone out there experienced with coffee/espresso machines who tried the Ninja Luxe Cafe Mini Pro and who did not get paid or given incentives by Ninja to just write good stuff about it?

New to road/gravel bike
Hey there. I am looking at training for triathlons and Ironmans (not too serious yet) so I don't want aero bikes. I live in the Napa valley area and the roads are not too good, but not super bad so I am between a road or gravel bike. I have weird measurements. 6ft5, 37inch inseam, 26 inch per arm, and I weigh 220lb.
What bike should I get? My stack and reach is very weird. Stack: 646 mm Reach: 373 mm - this was done using the Roll Massif calculator.
Any advice from the pros would be greatly appreciated.
