To pursue med or not?
Hello po, I recently passed a medical school last August. Supposed to be mag start na ako with med school but I didn't push thru due to financial reasons. My father is already a senior and retired, my mom naman is a government employee but may chronic back pain. Kaya ayun, nag stay nalang ako to care for them. Nakapasa po ako sa isang private school kasi lower yung pr ko po. Currently working in a government job as well na plantilla position pero napapaisip parin ako about med school. Plan ko po sana is mag take ng NMAT next year to have higher pr and apply in a state university (If ever)...para maka less. But what are your thoughts on this mga docs? Diko naman pangarap maging doctor nong bata pa ako because I grew up as a sickly kid. It was only in college na nagustuhan ko maging doctor but didn't push right away due to financial reasons. Pano po yung decision niyo on why be a doctor po? Specially for people na hindi nag med school right away?
