Postpartum weight

This one is for the girlies - please help a girl out!

I’m 11m postpartum and honestly I haven’t really been trying hard to loose the baby weight, I had 4 weeks of a health kick and lost motivation fast when the scale didn’t go down. I’m currently 66.7kg (147pounds), I used to be 56kg (123pounds).

Little guy is finally taking longer naps and sleeping through the night so this is the time for me to sort myself out. I’m doing it because quite frankly I don’t like what I see when I look in the mirror, this is for me, no one else.

I’m 2 dress sizes bigger. I was a size 8 (uk) and now I’m a 12. I’m short so this doesn’t look cute on me. The double chin is very real at the minute.

HOW ARE WE DOING IT? I want to be THAT girl so bad but how do you find the motivation? Please can you suggest any tips? Any good YouTube video work out for someone who isn’t physically fit that I can squeeze into naps?

What are we eating daily? Realistically, currently I’ll be honest I eat anything and everything and it’s not always healthy but it’s not total junk. I tried calorie deficit for a month but lost nothing which is unusual for me (it used to be so easy before LO) so I know I need to work out too!

I’ve had thyroid everything else checked and all is fine so I know I CAN loose weight, I just need some help please girls 😔 I need to feel like me again!
