So I gathered that the online registration is some kind of different counselling, which now leaves the scholarship query (how do I avail scholarship which relieves 3 semester fees for rank up to 1 lakh?)

I have got cse thru csab, tell me what process I have to follow for online and physical registration and pls aware me of essentials I need to bring.
