hi! i recently got a new job. it’s super fun and different but my boss has been very…interesting to say the least. he doesn’t speak to me often, and the only times he’s spoken to me it’s been criticism. he is also very cold and a bit socially awkward. sometimes he will go out of his way to avoid me. i’ve also caught him staring at me complete tasks, just very confused by him! could someone please help interpret this?

it looks positive but i’m confused because his behavior says otherwise. my read is that he’s keeping these feelings to himself (the ones the cards describe) and overcorrecting but just want to make sure Im correct.
