How did you guys improve wrist stability?
I’m having a ton of trouble using my inner knuckles without my wrist collapsing when learning simple moves like the coffee grinder.

I’m having a ton of trouble using my inner knuckles without my wrist collapsing when learning simple moves like the coffee grinder.
I’m currently doing weighted calisthenics and asking AI if it is a good idea. They say it’s a good idea but i have to be wary of the fact I could put on too much weight on my legs which makes doing certain moves harder, but I still have doubts about this considering the fact that it takes a long time to gain noticeable mass from working out consistently. So now I’m here to make sure whether or not I should have concerns about it hindering my passion for breakdancing.
