F23 - advice for flat midface

F23 - advice for flat midface

Genuinely feel cooked, unfortunately I got my dad’s genetics , cuz my mom has prominent cheekbones, rip, I’ve considered multiple options but idk realistically what I could do that wouldn’t have long term effects. I’ve considered midface lift, threads, facial fat transfer, DJS, cheek implants etc etc. but they seem to come with severe risks or downsides especially because I don’t have any functional problems (that I know of) I did consult with two facial plastic surgeons abroad in person, they both recommended facial fat transfer but different amounts and one said I wasn’t a candidate for facial liposuction and the other said I wasn’t at all. They also said I was too young for any lift and my skin isnt sagging. Idk what to do. I don’t want to age prematurely either

Don’t know whether to get a CPA and when to start studying

I know this is going to be very long but please bare with me, I’m very lost and would appreciate the advice from experienced professionals

So currently I graduated with BA in accounting, planning to do Masters in Accounting FA 26 to prep for the CPA and network more at a “better” school. I want to start studying for the CPA now since people say it’s better to do it before you start full time. However I currently have no job offer that pays for study materials or the exams. I work at a small local accounting firm but it isn’t formal like midsized to large firms where you earn a salary and have benefits. I am also starting school again in September so I can’t work full time. I don’t want to at least because I don’t want to take longer than 1 year to finish. I’ve thought about funding it myself but I feel like that is stupid since I’m already planning to take out loans for grad school (my undergrad was fully funded by my school so I see me taking out loans for grad school, an investment) But also I feel like it would be beneficial if I’m studying for the CPA while taking my accounting grad classes because wouldn’t it help me retain what I’m learning in the classes more? Or should I wait until I graduate with my masters and then start studying. I don’t know. I’m also planning to move out when I start grad school so I’ll be working part time at the current firm to pay rent and stuff so i also don’t think I’ll even have enough time to study for the CPA and do my grad classes, (living at home while doing my masters is not an option, even after I graduate).

Additionally, I’m not very fond of the accounting profession, while I do like what I do at my current job. Initially I always wanted to go the financial advisory / consulting route but with roles that are more salary based, I forgot their specific names. Within accounting, I tried to find something within that realm and came across CFA advisory, transaction advisory, private wealth management etc. I’ve only ever done audit and tax internships so I truly don’t know if I will like those jobs but it’s based on what I hear and the conversations I’ve had with professionals in those fields. That said, I hear about how a CPA is only really worth it if your going to stick to accounting long term and I don’t see that for myself. I do plan on staying in the business world, the financial field but don’t know where exactly. I chose accounting for the job security and because at 18 I didn’t really know what I wanted to do, and just needed to major in something that would finally give me and my parents some sort of financial stability. So basically the CPA feels like it’s something I should do considering my circumstances even though I do hope to pivot later on in my career
