Has anyone experienced trying to verify their PDAX account only to be met with "unsuccessful verification" because of name mismatch even though it clearly matches? I'm wondering if it's the ñ in my name or because the format of the ID throws of their KYC system. I've reached out to their support team and they've offered "troubleshooting" solutions but each and every single one I tried did not work. Now I'm requesting them to manually verify it and I'm stuck wondering if they can do that since they haven't come back to me yet with a reply.
