Why do the English dynasties Lancaster and York not have an "of" in their name?

I just wondered why. Most dynasties have an "of" in their name or the equivalent meaning (de, di, van, von etc.) - so has anyone an idea why the English dynasties are not called "of Lancaster" or "of York"?

So, I'm trying to create an event where you can ally with Japan if one of your rivals attacks Japan.

However, I'm stuck because I can't figure out which tag to use for the rival country in the code.

Also, for the event description in the translation-file: How do I have to call the rival country and the name of the country leader in my translation? Since it'll be random I just can't write 'France' e.g. - any advice on that? I guess I have to use some kind of code, like $MONARCHTITLE$

Here's the code so far:

country_event = {
id = Muh_events.7
title = Muh_events.7.t
desc = Muh_events.7.d
Picture = NOBLE_ESTATE_DEMANDS_eventPicture

trigger = {
capital_scope = {
continent = europe
}
knows_country = JAP
government = monarchy
exists = JAP
JAP = { has_opinion = {
who = ROOT
value = 75
}
JAP = {
is_in_war = {
defender_leader = JAP
attacker_leader = random_rival_country }
}

mean_time_to_happen = {
days = 30
}

fire_only_once = yes

Option = {
create_alliance = JAP
join_all_defensive_wars_of = JAP
}

Option = {
Name = "Muh_events.7.b"
add_country_modifier = {
Name = Muh7_modifier
Duration = 365
}
}
}

Hello everyone! Apologies, if this is the wrong subreddit for my question.

So, a couple of days ago an artist randomly reached out to me and offered her services for creating a custom artwork for me and I thought "Why not?"

However, now where at discussing the price.

The artwork in question would be around 300 dots per inch (around 18 x 24 inches if printed). It's not a portrait but "a whole scenario" and "a bit detailed" so the wanted price is at around 220€-225€ / 260$ for the digital artwork.

I can pay only the half at first and the second half after a raw scratch if I'm satisfied. I'm assured the quality in the end will be top-notch and I'll be provided with unlimited revisions.

Since I have absolutely no idea how much an art commission is supposed to cost and since the price is that high I wanted some second opinions. Is this price legit and fair or is someone trying to exploit me?
