I love the first two seasons. It was awesome meeting a bunch of the cast this past weekend. This was the first time they’d all been together since the show was cancelled. They were all incredibly nice and I loved seeing them all get some love after all this time.
The con was a bust but it was awesome meeting so much of the cast from the first two seasons.

I’ve got my second 70.3 coming up in December. I’m looking to improve my nutrition approach this time as I feel that area was lacking on my first one which resulted in me having a terrible time running to the finish. Back cramps and just feeling overall depleted. I got it done but am always looking to improve. Just looking for tips and advice on how to fuel better? Thanks in advance.
