Location: PA

I received some paperwork from local magistrates indicating I am being sued in PA for an old collections. I haven't lived in PA in over 3 months and was never served any paperwork. The letter was an appearance notice for July 17th and was forwarded by post office to my address in Texas. It was not sent certified and it shows that their attorney filed on June 9th.

How are they beginning this lawsuit when I no longer live in PA and was never served with any paperwork prior? And what are my options to get this thrown out for lack of service or incorrect venue as I no longer reside there? Any info or advice would be greatly appreciated
