From “Annihilation” to “War Ending Quickly” in 12 Hours ... And the Markets Magically Rally Let that sink in...
Yesterday:
“Annihilation.”
“Big hits.”
“Bombs.”
Markets panic. Oil spikes. Fear everywhere.
Last night:
“The war will end very quickly.”
Futures surge. Oil drops. Relief rally.
And just like that, nobody is talking about the Epstein files anymore.
This is the cycle now:
- Threaten catastrophic war with Iran
- Markets swing violently
- Media goes wall-to-wall geopolitical panic
- Epstein disappears from headlines
- Softer rhetoric appears overnight
- Markets rip higher pre-market
Rinse. Repeat.
Reuters and financial media openly reported markets moving on Trump’s Iran comments. Oil dropped sharply after his “very quickly” statement.
The same man who hours earlier was talking about possible new strikes and saying he was “an hour away” from attacking Iran suddenly pivots to peace and a fast end to war.
Wall Street gets whiplash.
Retail investors get played.
The media memory-holes the previous panic within hours.
Maybe it’s “strategy.”
Maybe it’s political theater.
Maybe it’s just chaos as governance.
But if you can move oil, futures, defense stocks, crypto, and global sentiment with a few sentences, while simultaneously redirecting every cable news chyron away from Epstein… people are going to ask questions.
And they should.
What do you think?
