6 Candidates Emerge for Bulls' Head Coach Opening, Will There Be More?

6 Candidates Emerge for Bulls' Head Coach Opening, Will There Be More?

Looks like a list of head coach candidates is finally coming together. All names make a lot of sense. The two newest ones are Dave Bliss and Tiago Splitter, per Jake Fischer of The Stein Line. If one thing is for sure, it seems like Bryson Graham will be going young. Looks like he wants to find a coach who can grow with a young core. For what it's worth, I still really like the idea of Sean Sweeney from San Antonio. He'd probably be my No. 1, as of now.

Ecstatic Bryson Graham Talks Bulls' Draft Philosophy at No. 4

We had a chance to talk to Bryson Graham following the Bulls' jump into No. 4 on Sunday. The guy couldn't have sounded more excited, but he made it very clear that his evaluation process would remain the same. Do I think he will go outside the box with this pick? No ... the Top 4 is pretty cut and dry. But he was also an out-of-the-box hire with a little-known track record, so everything might as well be on the table!

Fwiw ... give me Caleb Wilson!

Put a list together of the top quotes from Bryson Graham's introductory presser. He checked almost every box. Obviously, actions speak louder than words, but it's easy to see why the Bulls were left impressed with him.

Put together some more thoughts on Bryson Graham. As someone who is praised for his scouting eye, it sure feels like the plan will be for the Bulls to take this slow and build through the draft. Not a bad idea considering their pick arsenal. With that said, there is also no ignoring how young he is, so very curious to see if they choose to expand the staff and still bring in some experienced voices.

Not a ton out there on Dave Lewin, but I included some tidbits. Main takeaway is that he is a data-driven dude. I really feel like his creativity could stand out during the interview process. Seems to be good with the cap and has held several scouting roles in the past. Overall, just a well-rounded guy who has been part of a fantastic front office.
