I could nottttt be more pleased with how this came together — @yelyahwilliams and I have been leaning towards more tactile and DIY lately. I found @pauluschkaa’s beautiful work on Substack and loved her personal style and wonky collages. We shot photos of Hayley on the morning of the very first show of the HWAABP tour in Atlanta, specifically with this paper doll idea in mind, really leaning into the soft feeling of the lace and fabrics. We wanted it to be feminine and punk, vintage and modern. @shane_cox handmade the perfect font for “The Hayley Williams Show” that is giving serious old school Ren & Stimpy / Doug vibez. We wanted it to feel a bit like we splurged on the artwork collage and ran out of money to finish the tour poster lol, cutting out letters and words and piecing it all together. Shane print, cut, scanned, print, cut, scanned… and here’s where we landed for the North American dates.
