how do you handle clients who keep adding stuff that wasn't in the original agreement?
had a client last week ask for "one small thing" that ended up taking 4 hours. said yes because we were near the end of the project and I didn't want to make it awkward. happened 3 times on this same project.
do you guys actually push back on this? do you charge for it? how do you even bring it up without feeling like the bad guy?
