Initially I was going to use brush yarn to make a little tuft, but it's looking off? Any other ideas as to how I should fill the space? Any help is greatly appreciated!!

I really like how it's turning out otherwise and don't want this to ruin it.

It looked like this (amazing doodle, I know). It was kind of poofy looking, and looked almost like someone dancing with a cloak on. Again, if this is against the rules, please remove and my bad.
