Switching from Skilled worker in construction to care worker visa-3 months work experience does it apply to me?
I am on skilled worked visa and am working in construction sector in UK already, it has been about 2 years with the same sponsor. But I would like to switch to care worker visa. I have already found a job in a care home as a care worker and they are willing to sponsore my visa but since I don't have 3 months experience in helath care, I am not sure if I can apply for this visa right away or not? I contucted several law firms and the opinion seems to be divded on this matter, some say YES you need 3 months experience while some say NO you don't need it. Is there anyone here who can clarify this for me or is there anyone who knows a law firm who can help me with my case.
