How cold does Bolzano and its surrounding area in winter?
I'm a guy who's starting to plan for where to go to university next year.
I'm a very Winter person, and I love that aesthetic of few sunlight, gloomy sky and snow everywhere.
That's why I have been thinking about Sweden, Norway and Switzerland.
But Bozen has also attracted me for its small size, strong local community and how you can be in the skiing slopes in just an hour (Correct?)
I also visited the university this summer, and the city was extremely hot and sweaty.
They told me that "In summer you die of heat, in winter you die of cold", is it true?
How is the weather between November and March?
Thanks in advance!
