hi im a casual stw player and im wondering if anyone can explain what ventures is and how to access it? im interested bc ive heard u can repair ur weapons there and i have a few i dont wanna lose :')

heyyy i just completed two daily quests for vbucks and they didnt arrive/the mission rewards weren't received. anyone know why this is?
