If you applied for a name change you will be shown in the ontario Gazette what your previous name was to your name now unless you submit a non publication form with your name change

Name change is sent out to me finally completed 10 business days with today being the 3rd and I have been waiting since December 15th

I've been thinking of undergoing my first surgery and was wondering if I am allowed to chose what city I cam get it done
