Bear with me, please.

I've been a tech for well over 10 years and am in my final year of Uni.

I have an idea for my dissertation, but it may well involve a change of practice, and I don't know if I can do that within the scope of the essay (limited to 7500 words, etc).

It's an aspect of ambulance life that I want to improve, but don't know if I should just reel my expectations in, and do something less obtrusive.

Don't get me wrong, I know I have left this late.
In mitigation, I was dropped into the module half-way through, and missed a few lectures as a result - I've had 50% of the time to write and submit.

I work full time and it's shift work, including 12 hour night shifts this week.

I've got some of Friday (I get home from shift at about 7am), all Saturday and Sunday, and part of Monday to get this boxed off.

I do have 40% of my references researched, but need a structured approach in order to get this done.

Any advice would be most appreciated.
